NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh joins B-PEP in celebrating B-PEP Jazz, and does hereby declare Monday, March 28th 2016 to be “B-PEP Jazz Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
