NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh commends and congratulates B-PEP on their upcoming 30th year, and does hereby declare Tuesday, March 22nd 2016 to be “Black Political Empowerment Project Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
