NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and honor the memory of J. Matthew Simon, and does hereby declare Tuesday, March 29, 2016 to be “J. Matthew Simon Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
