NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Family Services of Western Pennsylvania and the Snow Angel program for its involvement in fostering the well-being of all its residents and in promoting a vital sense of community; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare April 5th, 2016 to be “Snow Angels Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
