NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVE, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend the Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise for its efforts to assist economically disadvantaged communities; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, April 8, 2016, to be “PACE DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
