NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend the important work and contributions that Pittsburgh Action Against Rape provides on a daily basis, and does hereby declare April 16, 2016 to be “PAAR Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
