Resolution further amending Resolution No. 816 of 2015, effective January 1, 2016, as amended, entitled “adopting and approving the 2016 Capital Budget and the 2016 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2016 through 2021 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing and increasing various line items funded from the Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS program, and HOME program.
