NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh joins with Amen Corner in celebrating the life and career of Judge McVerry, and thanks him for his service to the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and does hereby declare Wednesday, April 27, 2016 to be “Judge Terrence F. McVerry Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
