Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a License Agreement or Agreements with The Kingsley Association for the use of The Kingsley Center Pool by City residents; and shall be at a cost not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($15,000.00).
