Resolution further amending Resolution No.816, effective, January 1, 2016, as amended, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2016 Capital Budget and the 2016 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2016 through 2021 Capital Improvement Program,” by decreasing the “Penn Dot Local Shares (TIP)” line item” by the amount of $20,933.20 (from $143,000.00 BOND to $122,066.80 BOND) and creating the “Reconstruction of Forbes Avenue” line item in the amount of $104,666.00 ($20,933.20 BOND/ $83,732.80 FHWA).
