NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize, commend, and congratulate Jeff on a long, storied and exemplary career at ALCOSAN that spanned five decades; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, April 28, 2016, to be “JEFF JEFFERSON DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
