NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Nikkia Ingram for her compassion she has for our youth and the initiatives she has taken to support our youth; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, May 3, 2016, to be “Nikkia Ingram Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
