NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Ed and Jean Harkins for their volunteer efforts and commitment to their family and community; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, May 12, 2016, to be “Ed and Jean Harkins Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
