NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize, commend, and congratulate Tanner on his receipt of the 2016 Scott E. Folmer Memorial Student, Teacher and Exemplary Practice or Partnering Award; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, May 4, 2016 to be “TANNER CANNON DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
