Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Donation Agreement with Mark Cleland, a City resident, to accept a donation of $25,000 for repairs and improvements to Gladstone Field and further authorizing the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a Letter Agreement with Mark Cleland accepting the funds for this purpose.
