Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with Pennsylvania Resource Council for waste management services in conjunction with the City of Pittsburgh’s Independence Day Festival at an amount not to exceed TEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTEEN DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($10,313.00) over one (1) year.
