NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby call upon Rivers Casino to fulfill the promise of its Chairman and not hinder, obstruct, or otherwise impede the casino workers in their pursuit of a fair vote through the NLRB election process.
