Resolution providing for Agreement(s) and Contract(s), or use of existing Agreement(s) and Contract(s) with Urban Design Ventures for the purpose of preparing the Annual Action Plan and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), all required under the Community Development Block Grant program; and provide for the payment at a cost thereof, not to exceed 20,500.00.
