Resolution authorizing the Mayor Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an agreement to purchase subscription, maintenance, and cloud hosting services for a property profiling service that will improve tracking and organization of City-owned properties; and to procure professional services relating to data conversion, integration, and migration from a self-hosted to a cloud environment hosted by E-Properties. Cost not to exceed $101,045.36.
