NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Debra James Bailey for her volunteerism and contributions to the City of Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, June 1, 2016, to be “Debra James Bailey Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
