NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Commander Ragland, and his detective team, Detectives Jeffrey Brock, Michael Mares, Dawn Mercurio, Eric Morton and Acting Detective David Derbish for their unselfish work and for putting their lives at risk for the residents of the City of Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, June 7, 2016, to be “Zone 6 Plainclothes Detectives’ Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
