NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby join with a host of colleagues and friends of Mery Womack to commend, recognize and congratulate her for 38 years of service to the County Controller’s Office and the City through her foster parenting and neighborhood service; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare June 25th, 2016 to be “Mery Womack Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
