Resolution further amending Resolution No. 855 of 2011, effective January 1, 2012, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2012 through 2017 Capital Improvement Program” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
