Resolution further amending Resolution No. 704 of 2007, effective January 1, 2008, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2008 Capital Budget and the 2008 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2008 through 2012 Capital Improvement Program” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
