Resolution further amending Resolution No. 881 of 2000, effective January 1, 2001, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2001 Capital Budget and the 2001 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2001 through 2006 Capital Improvement Program” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
