Resolution further amending Resolution No. 781 of 1998, effective January 1, 1999, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 1999 Capital Budget and the 1999 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 1999 through 2004 Capital Improvement Program” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
