Resolution further amending Resolution No. 838 of 1997, effective January 1, 1998, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 1998 Capital Budget and the 1998 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 1998 through 2003 Capital Improvement Program” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
