Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with the Animal Rescue League, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, for professional services in connection with the detention, care and/or euthanasia of domesticated animals, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof. Cost not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), subject to annual appropriation by Council.
