NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Mr. James Manson for his commitment to the City of Pittsburgh and the exceptional work ethic that he portrayed; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, July 6, 2016, to be “James Manson Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
