Resolution further amending Resolution No. 796 of 2013, effective January 1, 2014, as amended, entitled “adopting and approving the 2014 Capital Budget and the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2014 through 2019 Capital Improvement Program” so as to reprogram the funding from UPTOWN PLANNING STUDY to BUILDING MAINTENCE PROG. The funds will be used to build out facilities at the Community College of Allegheny County for use as police training facilities
