NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby asks for all Pittsburghers to help raise the public awareness of autism and the many issues surrounding the disorder, and does hereby declare June 24th, 2016 to be “Dare to Dream Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
