Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance and/or the Director of the Department Public Safety to extend a Lease Agreement or Agreements with Standard Holding Company for warehouse space at 1125-1127 Western Avenue for the amount of $80,000 per year for a period no longer than five years.
