Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a one-year Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Family Life Empowerment Community Development Corporation for the purpose of implementation of the Pittsburgh Group Violence Intervention Street Outreach Program, total cost not to exceed $150,000.00.
