Resolution providing for the authorization to make all legitimate expenditures for payments and agreements or agreements with various agencies for job development and employment services necessary to implement the 2016 Neighborhood Employment Program, and providing for the periodic transfer of funds to be used in the 2016 Neighborhood Employment Program for payment of cost thereof, cost not to exceed $150,000.00.
