NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby honor Mr. Robert Allen, Sr. on his 90th Birthday and commend him for his dedication to his family, community and country; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, August 20, 2016, to be “Robert Allen, Sr. Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
