NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, the City of Pittsburgh honors Bobby and his contribution to the community of Carrick and the Carrick Youth Athletic Association; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare August 1, 2016 to be “Bobby Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
