To authorize the Director of Columbus Water & Power to enter into a construction contract with Kenmore Construction Co., Inc. for the Jackson Pike Water Reclamation Plant Screening Improvements project; to authorize the appropriate and expenditure of $15,910,000.00 within the Sanitary Revolving Loan Fund to pay for the contract; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $2,000.00 from the Sanitary Bond Fund to pay the Department of Public Service for prevailing wage services.
