To authorize the Director of Columbus Water and Power to renew and modify a contract with Roberts Service Group, Inc. for Electric Power Systems Maintenance Services to Columbus Water and Power to increase the amount on the contract and to exercise the second renewal option to extend the term of the contract for an additional year; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $648,000.00 from the Sewer Operating Fund and the Water Operating Fund.
