Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a Green Infrastructure Mini-Grant Agreement and a Project and Maintenance Agreement with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority and The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy in connection with the installation and maintenance of a Green Infrastructure Project at the Westinghouse Memorial Pond in Schenley Park.
