Resolution authorizing issuance of a warrant in the amount of $19,251.64, in favor of Giant Eagle, Inc., ATTN: LuAnn Nelson, 101 Kappa Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238 in settlement of a claim for damage to an electric supply pole at the Get-Go at 3247 E. Carson Street from a City PW dump truck backing into it and for lost fuel sales and product at the store during emergency repairs to the pole on or about October 7, 2015.
