NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Grand Marshal Bradford G. Washabaugh for their exemplary leadership and dedicated service; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare November 7, 2026, to be “Grand Marshal Bradford G. Washabaugh Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
