Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Right-Of-Way, and Construction phases of the Allegheny River Green Boulevard Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Four Million Six Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($4,610,000.00), an increase of Two Million One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($2,110,000.00) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at 80%; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs at a cost to the City of Pittsburgh not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00), an increase of Zero Dollars ($0.00) from the previously executed agreement.
