Resolution providing for an amended Agreement or Agreements with Mosites Construction Company for costs associated with construction of the Charles Anderson Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Sixty Million Two Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and Seven Cents ($60,271,782.07), an increase of Eleven Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Five Dollars and Seven Cents ($11,794,005.07) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at 100%.
