NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Betty Lane for her years of dedicated service to the Larimer community; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, August 20, 2016, to be “Betty Lane Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
