NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby applaud Citiparks Pittsburgh BIG League Sports and the following Pittsburgh neighborhood athletic organizations for the tremendous work they do and their dedication to our youth: 14th Ward, Beechview, Brighton Heights, Brookline, Carrick, Elliott/West End, Greenfield, Hazelwood, Homewood, Morningside, Sheraden, South Side, Squirrel Hill, Tri Ward (Bloomfield), Urban Impact (Northside), Westwood/Oakwood, Mount Washington/Duquesne Heights; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, August 26, 2016, to be "Citiparks Pittsburgh BIG League Sports Day" in the City of Pittsburgh.
