Resolution further amending Resolution No. 816 of 2015, effective January 1, 2016, as amended, entitled “adopting and approving the 2016 Capital Budget and the 2016 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2016 through 2021 Capital Improvement Program” by increasing funds for the HOME program to reflect an adjustment made by Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
