NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Rabbi Mordy and Rivkee Rudolph for their dedication to The Friendship Circle and congratulates The Friendship Circle for its ten years of successful service to the community and for its move to a new home in the heart of Squirrel Hill; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Sunday, September 11, 2016 to be “THE FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
