Resolution authorizing the Mayor, Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the City Controller’s Office to enter into a Contract or Agreement with Bank of America Merrill Lynch to provide Purchasing Cards and ePayables Cards. Said agreement will be at no cost to the City.
