Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Office of Management and Budget to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from Living Cities to complete a condition assessment of all the steps owned and maintained by the City (over 800 segments) and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
