To authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into contract with CHA Consulting Inc. for the Intersection - Kimberly Pk N at Kimberly Pk E project; and to authorize the expenditure of $300,000.00 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund to pay for contract.
